How long does a shoot actually take?+
Most single homes or retail units take 1.5–2 hours on site. Larger properties like full PG blocks or hotels can run up to 3–4 hours depending on the number of rooms and floors.
Do you need to visit the property beforehand?+
No — we shoot in a single visit. If the property is large or has an unusual layout, a quick phone call beforehand helps us plan the route, but it's not required.
Where is the tour hosted, and does it cost extra?+
Tours are hosted on our platform at no recurring cost to you. You get a shareable link and an embed code to drop into your own website or listing, and it stays live as long as you're an active client.
Can we get changes made after delivery?+
Yes — Starter includes one round of revisions and Signature includes two, covering things like re-ordering rooms, updating hotspots, or swapping a panorama. Larger changes like a reshoot are quoted separately.
Do you shoot outside Bangalore?+
Our core coverage is Bangalore — K Narayanpura, Whitefield, Electronic City, Koramangala and nearby zones. For properties further out or in other cities, message us and we'll let you know if it's possible for your dates.
